1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Glass Depot Miami's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Glass Depot Miami provides glass installation, repair, and related services including:

  • Sliding door and window repairs
  • New window and door installations
  • Custom glass and mirror solutions
  • Screen installations
  • Parts sales

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time and may be subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during service. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We provide upfront pricing whenever possible.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Deposits may be required for custom orders or large projects
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Specific product warranties apply as provided by manufacturers. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for a specified period after completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glass Depot Miami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Custom orders may have different cancellation terms.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the project
  • Ensuring access to work areas
  • Removing or protecting valuables near work areas
  • Maintaining installed products according to provided instructions

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
